Anime Central Day Two - Costume Contest - April 4, 1998
Not since the days of yore when Dick the Bruiser wrestled Baron
Von Raschke in the International Amphitheatre had Chicago seen anything
like the costume contest at the inaugural Anime Central. Weeks of hard
work on costumes, carefully detailed to look like the ones on screen and
in print, paid off for a few shining Saturday night moments.
