It's not easy to change manga into something Americans can read. The people who handle that job said it's a lot more than just translating the words.	On Friday, Central Park Media led off the series of dueling panels staged by the American anime distribution and production companies at A-Kon 9.
Shawn the Touched has animated his own short films, but he doesn't have the megabucks to make his own full-length productions. Shawn and others are trying to find a way toward anime on a budget.	Here's a look at another group of A-Kon 9 cosplayers.
