Anime Weekend Atlanta IV - Second Day Highlights - Oct. 10, 1998
Day two starts with a glance at the Japanese guests who brightened AWA IV.
Then, a stroll through the halls to watch people wearing costumes...

The surprise hit of this anime convention was a refurbished version of a 30-year-old American TV cartoon.
The Star Blazers series left an indelible mark on some of the fans at AWA. Those fans gathered in Georgia to celebrate their beloved show.
Studio Ironcat celebrated its first anniversary by bringing their top artists to AWA.
Saturday saw the biggest anime and manga costume contest in the South. Here's the first part of the contest...

Finally, the celebrity judges decided which costumers most deserved the night's awards.
