Highlights of the dealer room: this four-foot inflatable robot cat...
...and these real-life artists and fan favorites: Mio Odagi in the red kimono, and Elin Winkler in the yellow dress (and blue arm bruise from a recent car wreck).

Not to worry, Winkler and the pictured Pat Duke came out of the crash in good shape and had a table filled with Radio Comix merchandise.
Most anticipated appearance: Lea Hernandez and her release of Clockwork Angels, the sequel to Cathedral Child. The Eisner award nominee discovered the self-portrait function of the author's digital camera - and this was the result.

The Studio Ironcat table was nearby, populated by Steve Bennett, Reijiro Kato, Odagi, Hiroaki Yab, Shinpei Itoh and Kuni Kimura.
Fresh from his participation in the "doujinshi in an hour" artists' jam session at Anime Central was Shawn the Touched (center).
