The annual birthday embarrassment of Steve Bennett was administered by a woman who was (un)dressed to look like one of the artist's characters.
Then a serious note from Adam Richards of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, asking for donations to keep dealers from being harassed (something that's happened not far from central Texas in years past).

Then Ippongi Bang and her troupe took to the stage for what has become an annual concert.
A few people spent the ceremony time out in the hall, role playing, posing and looking for a stand-up party.
