Why a sci-fi con on a page devoted to anime cons? It was nearby and inexpensive, and the author wanted to see a sci-fi con for comparison, that's why.
We first found Apollo Smile at her booth in the dealers' room.
Then we saw the rest of the convention's guests - including actress Robin Curtis - at the opening ceremony and party.
The guests of honor held a series of panels on Saturday afternoon.
Then, after personally subjugating the entire Klingon Empire, Apollo Smile celebrated her victory with a concert.
There were some people in costume, and the camera found them in the halls.
