Will Allison, who made his Pervert Club series famous as a look into
the real life of American teenagers (and promptly moved onto other titles)
said he was amazed that an anime convention would make him a real guest
of honor. |
Newton Ewell, artist who grew up in the anime style, said he was just
glad to be on hand - and delighted that so many people had come to enjoy
Japanese popular art. "My little kids have grown up now," he joked about
the fans. |
