Project: A-Kon Welcoming Ceremony

There was a video that showed Project: A-Kon's "monkey" theme.	And a Vampire Princess Miyu ballet.
Meri Hazlewood of the convention noted that the main events hall and its 250 seats was "smaller than we're used to." He also said A-Kon could draw as many as 5,000 people.	Then came the birthday celebration for 35-year-old Steve Bennett of Studio Ironcat. They started with the cake...
...and proceeded to the spanking.	Finally came the celebration of the "I slept with Steve Bennett" T-shirt, an inside joke that has been turned into an American Cancer Society fund-raiser.
