Katsucon - Friday - Early Arrivals

The Inner Harbor of Baltimore on a day with high clouds and lots of seagulls. Off in the distance, obscured by buildings, is the convention center where Otakon is held.

Katsucon moved in 2002 to a hotel on the opposite side of the harbor. Lots of familiar faces found the new location, including "Linus Lam" and his camera.

Fred Perry, fresh from the release of his self-produced and self-animated Gold Digger DVD (on sale from Antarctic Press) was in the artists' alley.

A lot of people were curious to find what sort of presentation would come from NuTech, known for its adult titles. Somehow, superfan Steve Pearl slipped into the scene with the NuTech actors.

Studio Ironcat is a known quantity, but this box probably doesn't mean they have secret projects scheduled for four years after Katsucon.
