Anime Boston Opening Ceremonies Page 1 of 3 Previous Page Next Page After years of working, Massachusetts anime fans launched Anime Boston on the Patriot's Day weekend. Patrick Delahanty started the Friday opening ceremonies... ...and con chair Adam Ferraro noted that the covnention came on the 228th anniversary of the midnight ride of Paul Revere. Ferraro was constantly interrupted by cosplayers dressed as the convention's mascots, but the show went on. David Williams of ADV Films was on hand, waiting for Matt Greenfield to head in after a day's dubbing in Houston. Tristine Citrine and a group of cosplaying friends were introduced as some of the convention's fan guests of honor. John Barrett, the Edge Guard artist, was on hand to talk about his new project.
