If
the 2007 gaming trend was toward electronic games and away from the
card gaming tradition, you would have gotten the impression from this
dealers' room that the trend was headed in the opposite direction, with

Score
Entertainment is based on collectible card games, and they used their
main floor space to promote two games that are familiar to anime fans
through their shows' appearances on the Cartoon Network.
Funimation
has benefited greatly from that Cartoon Network exposure, and they
joined Gen Con for the first time as an event sponsor, helping with the
anime programming we'll see later on.
There's

Lin in the foreground, trying to get a computer link to work. Lin had
brought this inventory to Indianapolis from AnimeIowa, held a few days
earlier.
