Around mid-year in 2000, artist and costumer Yaya Han suggested that this site really needed a cute mascot. The author agreed and commissioned Han to create a drawing, a cute female with cat ears and a tail - and a camera. The rest was up to the artist, and the result was first displayed on this site at the end of 2000.

Why a mascot? Because it's fun and cute to look at, in the spirit of this page.
