Otakon - Arlington, Va. - Aug. 7-9, 1998 In a new hotel (the Hyatt Regency Crystal City) and a new location (Arlington, Va.), Otakon drew a record number of fans.	The Japanese guests of honor at Otakon were Shoji Kawamori of Macross...	...and Hiroshi Aro, creator of the Futaba-Kun Change manga.
